At The Wounded Society, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if we are contacted within 10 days of delivery. Returns must be received 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase

Items returned that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

The Wounded Society reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Incorrect Size Orders

The Wounded Society does not accept returns or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size charts before placing an order.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting us before ordering.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable)
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

The Wounded Society does not provide prepaid return labels, except in cases where:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing delays are common)
  3. Contact your bank

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
