Order Processing
All products from The Wounded Society are produced after an order is placed.
Because many of our products are made to order, production time is required before shipment. The 2–3 week timeframe includes both printing/production and shipping time.
Orders typically require time for production, printing, and fulfillment before shipping.
Most orders arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe, but please allow the full 2–3 weeks before contacting support about delivery.
Processing times may be longer during:
- High order volume periods
- Holidays
Fulfillment Locations
Orders may be printed and shipped from multiple fulfillment locations depending on:
- The product ordered
- Inventory availability
- The customer’s delivery location
Because of this, items within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.

The Wounded Society ships orders using trusted carriers such as:

- FedEx
- Other regional carriers when applicable
Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery method for your location.
Delivery Time
Customers should allow 2–3 weeks total for production, shipping, and delivery after placing an order.
While most orders arrive sooner, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

- Weather conditions
- Postal service delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Customs processing (for international shipments)
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
The Wounded Society is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Wounded Society is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
